1. Do you have an up to date sewer map of your site?
2. Do you know if your site has a combined or separate sewer network?
3. Do you know where your surface water sewers discharge to?
4. Is your site more than 200 metres from any watercourse?
5. Is your site free from re-occurring sewer blockages, sewerage smells or sewers backing up and/or flooding?
6. Have your sewers been inspected, CCTV'd or jetted in the last 3 years?
7. Do you have regular sewer maintenance at your site; interceptors emptied, sewers jetted?
8. Does your trade effluent form fall consistently within your consent limits?
9. Have you achieved a water balance for your site? i.e. water into the site = effluent + evaporation + into product, to highlight losses through the process.
10. Do you meet all the conditions and required improvements of your IPPC Permit?
